• The Rau BG 500 Sheet Bending Jaws are a steel tool with a working width of 500 mm. You bend sheet metal strips of unlimited length quickly and cleanly, directly on site. Box gutters, valley gutters, high wall upstands, wall connections and curbs are easy to make on the spot.

  Watertight without joints

  With the BG 500, you bend the part from a single piece of sheet. A valley or internal gutter bent from one piece has no joints, so it is watertight everywhere.

  Bend directly on site

  You bend the sheet directly on site, where it is going to be fitted. It is quick and gives clean bends, even on long strips.

  Application examples

  You can bend a valley from a single piece of sheet, or an internal gutter on a shed roof. An internal gutter can be bent from one piece directly on site, from expansion joint to expansion joint.

  Three working widths

  The Sheet Bending Jaws are available in three working widths: 300, 500 and 1000 mm. The BG 500 weighs 6.9 kg, compared with 15.7 kg for the BG 1000.
